Amplify will help you learn the fundamentals of effective leadership and how to bring out the best in yourself. Using evidence-based leadership development tools, you will build the capability to develop innovative and sustainable solutions to your leadership challenges. This program is designed to elevate technical experts into confident team leaders and managers. 

By improving your self-awareness and learning to see other perspectives, you will build your adaptive leadership capability to become a more authentic and effective leader. This leadership development program has been proven to achieve lasting change, enabling you to have a truly positive impact on those around you.

    • Also for those wanting to add more formal qualifications on top of your Amplify experience, the University of South Australia is offering a credit into its Graduate Certificate of Leadership.

Investment

The program fee for 2025 is $3900 (plus GST).
